We utilize UPS as our primary shipping provider. But at times we do use USPS. After placing your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email or text message with your order details. The shipping option that you choose at checkout will dictate your shipping time frame. Orders with free shipping are processed within 3-5 business days. "Processed" means that your order will be packaged and submitted to our shipping provider within that time frame. You will receive your tracking number within 3-5 business days of placing your order Actual shipping time will be dependent on the shipping provider. Once your order is the possession of the shipping provider it is their responsibility to deliver your package on time. If you do not receive your order by the designated delivery date, please contact the shipping provider and provide your tracking number so that your order can be located. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping provider if you have any of these issues.
