I purchased from a different company last year. Theirs was oversized even after going down a size and dragged on floor & the sleeves were long & baggy.

Although this is meant to be an oversized item, I’d recommend going a size down if you want it to be more fitted. The fit was amazing, not lose or too stretched out. It sat on my shoulders & I didn’t have a problem with pulling it up all day (I wasn’t going for the lounge wear look) I’m 5 7” & it stopped right at my ankles. Which was perfect because I didn’t have to worry about it dragging.
